Installation

Option 1: Install via Salesforce AppExchange

1. Visit the ScoreNotch AppExchange listing.

2. Select Log In.

   

3. Select Salesforce and then verify the URL and credentials of your Salesforce org where package needs to be installed.

   

4. Once you have logged in, Select the ‘Get It Now’ Button.

   

5. Select the instance where the package needs to be installed. i.e . ‘Sandbox’ or ‘Production.’

   

6. Read the ‘terms & conditions’ optionally, and select the checkbox, then select ‘Confirm and Install’.

   

7. Specify the users/profiles for whom ‘ScoreNotch’ is to be installed. Click the ‘Install’ button.

   

8. The application can take some time to install. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

9. Once installed, the application will appear on App Launcher.

   

Install via Vendor

1. In case of any issue with the AppExchange Package, please raise a request with the Application vendor to get the latest version of ScoreNotch.

2. Please fill the form and the Support Team will share the installation procedure/guidelines.
